Thanks! It's neither, actually! This is done using Kyle T Websters Dry Media brush pack for inking in Clip Studio and the Spectra brush for coloring in Procreate. Te paper texture is from Max Ulichney's Gumroad.
But I have worked many times with a bunch of different stuff from True Grit, and they're great!
